Question 1

What types of joinery do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We create custom kitchens, laundries, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, TV units, home offices and built-in storage. Each project is tailored to your space, style and everyday needs.

Question 2

Can you work from my builder's or designer's plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with homeowners, builders and designers, using your existing plans as the starting point for your joinery. We can review the details with you and discuss materials, finishes and practical requirements.

Question 3

Can you help me choose materials and finishes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We'll guide you through colours, finishes and hardware to suit your home, budget and everyday needs. We'll help you understand the available options so you can make confident decisions.

Question 4

Can you match joinery across different rooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can coordinate cabinetry, colours, finishes and hardware throughout your home to create a consistent look across your kitchen, laundry, wardrobes and other spaces.

Question 5

Can you create joinery for small or awkward spaces?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom joinery is particularly useful where standard cabinetry doesn't make the best use of available space. We can explore practical storage and layout options for corners, alcoves, narrow laundries and other challenging areas.

Question 6

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Accepted Answer

Send us your plans or rough measurements, a few photos, your suburb and a brief description of what you'd like to achieve. The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to understand your project and discuss the next steps.

Question 7

How much does custom joinery cost?

Accepted Answer

The cost depends on the size of your project, layout, materials, hardware and finishes. Because every space is different, we provide pricing based on your specific requirements rather than a standard package. Contact us with your plans or ideas and we can discuss a quote.

Question 8

Will I be able to review the design before it's made?

Accepted Answer

Your design details, dimensions, materials and finishes should be reviewed and agreed upon before production begins. We'll explain the approval process for your particular project so you know what to expect.

Question 9

Can I make changes after approving the design?

Accepted Answer

Changes may be possible depending on how far the project has progressed. Changes to dimensions, materials or finishes can affect pricing and scheduling, particularly once materials have been ordered or production has commenced. It's best to raise any changes as early as possible.

Question 10

Do you supply and install the joinery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle the supply and installation of your custom joinery, with Daniel personally involved throughout the process, from design and material selections through to completion.

Question 11

How long will my joinery take?

Accepted Answer

Timing depends on the size and complexity of your project, your chosen materials and our current workload. We'll discuss expected timeframes during quoting and confirm scheduling once drawings and finishes are approved.

Question 12

Can you replace an existing kitchen or update the cabinetry?

Accepted Answer

We can discuss cabinetry for new kitchens and renovation projects. If you're replacing an existing kitchen, share some photographs and details of the space so we can review what you're planning and identify any related work that may need to be considered.

Question 13

What happens after I accept my quote?

Accepted Answer

We'll discuss the next steps for your project, including finalising the design, checking measurements, selecting materials and confirming the details required before your joinery is scheduled.
